Norelle House
I designed an 18-slide growth-equity presentation for Norelle House, a premium urban boutique hotel model built around local character and shared operating standards. The deck connects a two-house operating scenario with property economics, central overhead, and a selective expansion plan, framing a proposed $30 million investment around the development of a five-hotel collection.

The Challenge
The deck needed to explain how individual hotel identities work within a shared operating model. Property contribution, central overhead, and opening costs required distinct definitions so investors could follow the expansion case. Operating assumptions, modeled estimates, and planned openings also needed clear boundaries.
Design Deliverable
I structured the presentation from hospitality positioning and guest demand through the Boston and Philadelphia operating cases. Property economics are separated from central overhead before the narrative moves into the sequence and capital requirements of three planned openings. My work covered investor narrative, presentation design, and financial data visualization, connecting the proposed raise with operating capacity, liquidity reserves, and the target collection of five hotels and 302 rooms by the end of 2029.
