Retail Expansion

I designed a 16-slide retail sales deck for KALYX, a self-directed botanical soda concept. The presentation connects a three-flavor collection with a retail pilot scenario, pricing, trade support, and proposed expansion. Retail figures and commercial terms are illustrative; Retailer A is a working label.

KALYX sales deck cover with a rose headline and three botanical soda cans on a warm ivory background.
KALYX three-flavor collection arranged in blush, citrus-yellow, and green watercolor panels.
KALYX lifestyle slide showing three people sharing botanical soda over a meal outdoors.
KALYX occasion slide connecting botanical soda with dining, social gatherings, and take-home rituals.
KALYX retail pilot slide showing staged store rollout in a column chart with a measurement note.
KALYX inventory and sell-through slide separating deliveries, shopper purchases, and closing stock.
KALYX replenishment slide pairing a reorder metric with a store-by-store dot matrix.
KALYX tasting slide showing participant, purchase, and conversion figures beside product imagery.
KALYX paired column charts distinguishing total sales from weekly store velocity across four periods.
KALYX store-cluster comparison using horizontal bars and a prioritized distribution recommendation.
KALYX commercial pricing slide with shelf price, wholesale price, and case pricing beside product imagery.
KALYX proposed trade support slide with activity budgets and a twelve-week implementation timeline.
KALYX phased distribution slide separating current stores, next-phase additions, and remaining capacity.
KALYX buyer decision slide with assortment authorization, opening order, and review checkpoints.
KALYX product and supply specification table comparing three flavors, pack formats, pricing, and delivery terms.
KALYX pilot ledger organizing store exposure, product movement, inventory, and cluster performance.

The Challenge

The deck needed to balance product appeal with a commercial case a grocery buyer could follow. Deliveries, shopper purchases, inventory, and store-level velocity required distinct definitions and visual treatment.

Design Deliverable

I opened with product and dining imagery, then moved into the pilot, commercial terms, and buyer decision. Warm ivory backgrounds, watercolor textures, Fraunces, and Plus Jakarta Sans carry the botanical identity into charts and tables. An inventory bridge explains product movement, while paired charts distinguish total sales from weekly store performance. My work covered presentation design, sales narrative refinement, retail data visualization, and AI-assisted imagery direction and integration.
