Seed

I designed a 14-slide Seed pitch deck for Stromlenker, a commercial energy trading platform coordinating solar, batteries, heat pumps, and EV charging around 15-minute electricity prices. The presentation connects Germany's changing energy market with customer savings, a recurring revenue model, and a proposed €3.5M funding plan.

Stromlenker Seed pitch deck cover with a green headline on cream and a rooftop-solar building photograph revealed through curved vertical strips.
Stromlenker Shift slide using a large lime metric and a supporting energy-price ledger on forest green.
Stromlenker Problem slide explaining the commercial-site timing problem with 15-minute blocks and a cost split.
Stromlenker Solution diagram connecting a commercial building and BMS gateway to software, solar, battery, heat pump, and EV loads.
Stromlenker Product dashboard with weekly benefit, annual fees, customer-keeps ledger, and autopilot status.
Stromlenker Traction slide with two revenue columns and a right-side metric ledger in lime.
Stromlenker Customer proof slide showing a renewal cohort, retention figures, and a before-and-after self-consumption chart.
Stromlenker Market slide using nested circles and a bottom-up calculation to visualize market sizing.
Stromlenker Business model slide showing subscription and savings-based pricing above a benefit, fees, and customer-keeps waterfall.
Stromlenker Unit economics slide presenting acquisition cost, payback period, and gross margin.
Stromlenker Growth engine slide comparing acquisition channels and cost per site.
Stromlenker Competition and moat slide organizing the supplied positioning narrative in a comparison table.
Stromlenker Team slide presenting founder roles and team structure.
Stromlenker Ask slide showing a Seed funding plan, use of funds, and a projected revenue timeline.

The Challenge

The deck needed to connect electricity price volatility with building operations and software economics in one investment story. Investors needed to understand how coordinated dispatch creates customer value, how occupant comfort is maintained, and how the subscription-plus-savings model supports expansion.

Design Deliverable

I structured the presentation around the market shift, the Connect, Learn, and Steer workflow, and the value retained by the customer after fees. The product explanation leads into adoption, acquisition economics, and a bottom-up market model before the funding plan. My work covered investor narrative, presentation design, product explanation, and financial data visualization across the 14-slide deck.
