Series A

I designed a 19-slide Series A pitch deck for DataSight, a fictional B2B SaaS platform for customer intelligence in e-commerce. The presentation connects fragmented customer signals with a product workflow, commercial model, and capital plan. Company data, people, and customer examples are illustrative.

DataSight Series A pitch deck cover introducing customer intelligence for mid-market e-commerce.
DataSight market shift from third-party data toward first-party prediction as acquisition costs rise.
DataSight retention problem connecting disconnected customer profiles to lost customers.
DataSight Unify, Predict, and Activate workflow from customer data sources to campaign channels.
DataSight revenue growth slide presenting quarterly ARR and paying customers.
DataSight retention slide separating net revenue retention, gross retention, and cohort expansion.
DataSight product workflow from an at-risk customer segment to a recommended retention campaign.
DataSight market opportunity separating total, serviceable, and obtainable customer intelligence markets.
DataSight subscription tiers and account expansion model.
DataSight unit economics showing acquisition cost, payback period, and lifetime value ratio.
DataSight acquisition strategy across inbound, partnerships, and outbound channels.
DataSight competitor comparison of customer profiles, prediction, deployment time, and pricing.
DataSight cross-merchant learning and integration advantages supporting the product moat.
DataSight financial projections separating current revenue from future growth targets.
DataSight team slide outlining leadership experience and responsibilities.
DataSight proposed Series A funding and operating milestones.
DataSight appendix allocating proposed funding across go-to-market, product, leadership, and operations.
DataSight appendix roadmap separating shipped capabilities from planned product and market expansion.
DataSight customer proof appendix presenting the deck's retention and lifetime value case.

The Challenge

The deck needed to explain a data-heavy product while keeping growth, retention, pricing, and unit economics easy for investors to follow. Each slide required a clear reading task.

Design Deliverable

I structured the product story around Unify, Predict, and Activate. Glass-cube illustrations make the flow from separate signals to a unified profile visible. The product UI focuses on one at-risk segment, its revenue impact, and a recommended action. Cobalt blue, deep navy, Manrope typography, and contrasting light and dark slides connect the presentation. My work covered art direction, presentation design, custom data visualization, product storytelling, and AI-assisted artwork integration.
