Challenge
Cross-chain mechanics are technically dense and investor-skeptical. The deck needed to translate on-chain failure data, slippage costs, and gas fee losses into a narrative that resonates with Web3-fluent but return-focused Series A VCs without feeling like a whitepaper.
Solution
Led with real failed transaction receipts and trader pain as the emotional hook, then built the case around $52.4M TVL as proof of scale. Used a dark, crypto-native visual language to signal institutional seriousness, with the narrative structured from problem → product → traction → ask.
